NADA puts Texas dealer Charlie Gilchrist in line to be 2019 chairman http://ift.tt/2gbC6R7 National Automobile Dealers Association chose Texas dealer Charlie Gilchrist to be its 2018 vice chairman, putting him in line to be chairman in 2019. Vice Chairman Wes Lutz, will succeed current Chairman Mark Scarpelli.
