Daimler will launch new customer service app

Daimler will launch new customer service app http://ift.tt/2ztr4PL will launch a customer support voice-activated "chatbox" app. Customers will be able to pose questions to the app either in vehicles where it has been installed, or by using a smartphone version of the service.
