Ford sales rise behind truck, fleet volume http://ift.tt/2huNWWY posted a 6.2 percent gain in October sales on stronger truck, crossover and fleet deliveries. Analysts expect October to produce the year's second-best month for new-vehicle sales, on a SAAR basis.
