VW surges in mixed Q4 for European auto sector http://ift.tt/2CpdJb3, Norwegian parts supplier Kongsberg and UK car retailer Vertu Motors were the best performers in terms of delivering value to their shareholders during the final quarter of 2017. The automotive sector as a whole, however, had mixed results.
