Fiat Chrysler's U.S. sales dropped 7 percent in March behind another weak month for Jeep, car and minivan demand, even as pickup volume remained strong. Toyota volume fell 3.5 percent. Overall, industry light-vehicle sales are projected by analysts to drop for a third straight month in March.
