Toyota Motor North America sales rose 6.3 percent last month to 165,865, with hybrid deliveries more than doubling and Toyota RAV4 and Highlander posting their best January ever. Lexus volume climbed 13 percent to 19,621 on the strength of record RX sales, at 7,377 vehicles, and strong demand for other crossovers.
