The company largely sat on the sidelines of dealership acquisitions for several years as it paid down debt, built its digital retailing platform and pursued share buybacks. Then the group last year bought eight Park Place Dealerships stores and now plans to buy Larry H. Miller Dealerships by the end of the year.
