New JM Family COO Dan Chait had been president of Southeast Toyota Finance since 2012 and took on the JM&A Group presidency as well in 2021. JM Family has tapped Scott Gunnell to replace him at JM&A Group and Bill Shope to take over the presidency at Southeast Toyota Finance.
