French car sales rise 7% in March on extra selling day http://ift.tt/2oB25UA car sales rose 7 percent in March, helped by an extra selling day. Among volume brands, Toyota's gain was the biggest at 33 percent, while registrations at both Fiat and Kia jumped 18 percent.
