Kia America Inc. won a preliminary injunction against Rally Auto Group and would-be purchasers Alam Khan and his Dalia Auto Group. A federal judge in California found a likelihood of consumer confusion if Rally and Dalia continued to use Kia's trademark and other intellectual property.
